Darkroom 70% Mexico Lavado 50g Bar

Made from unfermented, washed cacao (“lavado”), which is naturally rich in flavonoids and theobromine, this origin naturally tastes of malt, walnuts & prunes. Deep & dark, intensely chocolatey. Has a little natural bitterness from the washed process compared to our other bars (which are remarkably sweet for dark chocolate).

2 INGREDIENTS: Mexican cacao, sugar. 

ALLERGENS: may contain nuts and gluten. Suitable for vegans.

SINGLE ORIGIN CACAO: ethically sourced from Revival Cacao, and grown in the Cunduacán and Comalcalco regions of Tabasco, South Mexico

Certification: in transition to organic, so currently farming according to organic standards, awaiting certification in Summer 2026.
