Hand Dipped Beeswax Candles

A classic Elm. staple that have been a permanent fixture in our bricks and mortar store have finally made it online! Beeswax candles from Moorland Candles, who have been producing candles by the "Hand Dipped" method since 1981 in Cumbria. Available in four sizes as a hand dipped set of two, using sustainable beeswax from the U.K. and Africa.

Before use trim the wick to size and enjoy! 

Each candle should burn for the specified amount of time shown below if kept out of draughts. 

Tree/Spell - 102 x 15mm / 1.5 hour burning time

Stubby - 114 x 22mm /3.5 hour burning time 

Standard Taper - 228 x 22mm / 8 hour burning time

Giant Stubby - 204 x 44mm / 24 hour burning time

Please also note that due to the natural, handcrafted nature of these items the candles you may receive may not look identical to the ones in the photographs provided. Small blemishes and inconsistencies may be visible. 

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTES 

Place the candle in a metal or pottery holder with a drip tray or on a heat resistant surface and allow at least 60cm clearance above the flame. To extinguish use a snuffer or pinch out the wick between a moistened index finger and thumb. Trim the wick to 6mm before relighting the candle. Snuff out the candles after 10 minutes and relight after trimming the wick. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Bloom on the candles is a natural occurrence. NEVER LEAVE BURNING CANDLES UNATTENDED.
